Out of the Corner of your Eye.

Legacy had only been in this world for a little while. Many things stood out, it was quite different than Venus. Legacy was forced to dumpster dive, steal, cheat, and beg. Okay. By beg, it was more like putting a knife to somebody's throat and asking for they're money. One thing was for sure, she had it better here than she would at home.

Today was different. She kept feeling like she was followed. That nagging feeling that you should have seen something. As she rummaged through a dumpster near a restaraunt, the nagging feeling was back. It was a few seconds of eerie feeling before a rat bit her on the foot. Cursing in her native tongue, Legacy kicked the rat into the next city. Walking away, the feeling was back. It was really starting to get annoying.

"Nice kick but you should not kick small animals." a voice wit a deep russian accent said loud enough for her to hear.
